What items can you engrave?
We can engrave wood, slate, acrylic, glass, and compatible metals; contact us to check your item.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate orders?
Yes! Eli's Engravings provides specialized corporate solutions for small and large bulk orders. These are perfect for client thank-you gifts or employee recognition awards.
How long does the engraving process take?
Handling takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), counted from the next business day after ordering. USPS Ground Advantage transit is additional: usually 2–5 business days in the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO delivery depends on destination and can take longer. Email elimartin@elisengravings.store with your ZIP and chosen item for an estimate before ordering. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. See Shipping details.
What file formats are needed for logos?
For the cleanest laser engraving, high-resolution vector files (DXF or SVG) or high-resolution PNG or JPG files.
Can I bring my own items to be engraved?
Yes, we can engrave on wood, slate, acrylic, glass, and compatible metals; contact us to check your item. Shipping fees apply.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is $7.50 per order, with free US shipping on orders of $85 or more.
