Information we collect
When you place an order, request help, use chat, create an account, subscribe to emails, or upload a design, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, contact and delivery details, order information, messages, and uploaded photos, handwriting, or designs. Payment providers process payment information. Our site and its connected services also collect technical and interaction information, such as IP address, device/browser information, pages visited, and referral information.
How we use information
We use information to personalize and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, process payments and returns, answer questions, operate accounts, maintain business records, protect the site, and understand and improve the shopping experience. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us. Order and service messages may still be sent when needed.
Service providers and advertising
We do not sell customer information for money. We use Wix to host and operate the store, payment providers to process transactions, USPS for delivery, and Uploadly for customer file uploads. These providers process information needed for their services. We also use Goaffpro for affiliate/referral tracking and TWIPLA session recordings to understand how visitors use the site. Session recording can capture page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API are connected to this site. They can send visitor and customer activity, including visits, purchases, technical identifiers and available matching information, to Meta for advertising measurement and optimization. This is advertising-related sharing even though we do not sell customer information for money. Meta handles information under its own privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. Wix’s privacy policy is available at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
Cookies and choices
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions, analytics, affiliate referrals, and advertising. Browser settings can limit or delete cookies, although this may affect store functionality. Contact us to ask about your information or advertising-related sharing. Use the Privacy Settings button on this site to accept or deny optional tracking and change your choices. Usercentrics for Wix manages our consent banner and records consent choices.
Retention and uploaded designs
We delete customer-uploaded photos and designs after completing the order. Order, transaction, and customer-service records are retained for business recordkeeping, support, and applicable legal obligations. Deletion from our working files may not immediately remove provider backups or records that providers retain under their policies.
Access, correction and deletion
Email elimartin@elisengravings.store to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for transactions, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
Policy updates
We will post updates on this page and revise the date above when this policy changes.
